Job Specification

This role sits within a dynamic team that delivers strategic change & transformation projects right across a leading banking platform.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Team Leader with a track record of owning, leading and delivering Change Projects in a major, multi-layered and complex environment.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering strategic business-wide projects combined with subject matter expertise in reporting capital calculations, developing regulatory reporting (FINREP, COREP, Pillar 3) and implementing Regulatory Reporting tools and solutions.

The role requires proven stake-holder management skills and the ability to positively influence and embed a culture of collaboration, key business values and continuous improvement.

If you have worked in an Agile Project Management (APM) environment and are able to champion the benefits of working in an Agile workplace it would also be a major advantage.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a financial services environment.
  • Strong accountancy background
  • Deep knowledge of Regulatory Reporting procedure, tools and solutions.
  • Experience with the development/design of Regulatory Reporting tools and solutions.
  • Substantial experience with the implementation of enterprise wide change projects
  • Prior experience working in an Agile environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to translate complex real-world requirements into deliverable projects.
