Penetration Testing CTL Manager Ethical Hacking
A new Penetration Testing manager role based in London.
A unique new role working with one of the industries leading brand names in the Penetration Testing, Ethical Hacking space.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Penetration Testing Manager who is interested in moving on from the day to day CTL and testing work into a more consultancy led role including team mentoring and training - client relationship building, client scope work as well as senior testing responsibilities.
My client are a leading Penetration Testing / Ethical Hacking SME with approximately 65 people working for them across their 2 offices in the UK and 2 in the USA.

This company are regulars at all of the well known global conferences as well as Black Hat Vegas and Black Hat Europe.
The senior team in this setup include many well known and well respected leaders and names in this space.
You will receive a consultancy bonus seeing you earn a % of the project work you bring into the company as well as a separate training budget and keynote / public speaking incentive as well as a competitive bonus structure and pension +benefits.
My client set the technical bar and capability levels very high so this role isn't for everyone just the upper quartile Penetration Testing specialists who want to move onward and upward and begin partnering with an impressive and highly capable brand.
The right candidate will be an experienced Penetration Tester Ethical Hacker with a minimum of 5 years experience in Web App Testing and Infrastructure Testing - preferably at CHECK Team Leader level or close to. Experience in training Penetration Testers before - leading a team / guiding a team across a variety of different engagements will be needed for this specific appointment.
This is a new opportunity since late February 2017.
