Are you a specialist Business Development Manager within the eDiscovery/ Legal Technology / Law firm environment?
Have you got a proven track record of delivering new business in a competitive market?

Maxfield Search is currently working with leading provider in eDisclosure services.

They are seeking a Business Development Manager, where the selected candidate will be tasked with selling business solutions for this leading service provider.

A Senior BD role in a financial services organisation or consultancy or similar will suit this role well,
The right candidate can have a varied background but a proven past in generating big ticket sales

Our client is a dynamic and highly reputable eDisclosure service provider consistently growing. A highly experienced and knowledgeable team their unique working style and collaborative attitude will help the right candidate achieve their full potential. This role will report into the head of sales for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, generate and execute on potential opportunities that are financially beneficial.
  • Ensure that quarterly targets are met.
  • Build and develop an effective pipeline and execute on all phases of the sales process.
  • Work effectively alongside other team members to facilitate sales whilst demonstrating leadership and overseeing the sales process.
  • Accurately forecast business consistently.
  • Must organise frequent visits to meet customers face to face.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in technology related field, i.e. Computer Science, Computer Forensics.
  • Prior success selling to corporate and law firm markets.
  • Strong, proven track record within prior sales focused roles.
  • In-depth industry knowledge surrounding eDiscovery technology such as Ringtail, Relativity, Concordance, or Nuix.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with lawyers and business partners.
  • Possess technical proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexible with working hours.
